Mullen Marketing Search is a boutique retained executive search firm that works
on the premise that our marketing talent network is everything.
We are certain that we are far less than six degrees away from every talented marketing strategist we need to know for our Fortune 500 clients. We get to know every candidate in-person whether in the flesh for coffee or via video chat when the search is not in the NYC area. We are high-touch not a high quantity business.

How a brand communicates and connects in the context of content someone wants to consume -- the brand may be generating that content, or associating with it, or the content a consumer loves might inspire a new brand. It's murky now and that’s OK with us. The talent we attract is helping to figure this out.

Although most of our current clients are New York-based, one-third of our work is across the country and world: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Dallas, London, Berlin, Sydney, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. Our international work to date has been with international advertising, interactive companies, PR, and brand consultancies whereas our U.S. also includes media and technology.
